Love it! I'd have a cat nap every day if I could, but really only get the odd chance due to children who don't sleep in the day. Why aren't we a Siesta Nation anyway?

Have finally had the opportunity to try this out and I have to admit - it works! I rarely get a chance to have a nap but after a late night and lots of wine with my Mum's The Boss partner and our other halves I was feeling tired and decidedly 'delicate' today. So I took advantage of my OH being around to watch the girls and slunk upstairs for 30 minutes of hush. Normally if I fall asleep in the day I feel sick, disorientated and generally worse for wear but after just 30 minutes sleep I felt extremely refreshed. This power napping lark does exactly what it says on the tin - and it gets my vote :-)
