As part of the Building Enterprising Communities project, Exemplas in partnership with EEDA (East of England Development Agency) is running a workshop to support local people in overcoming their barriers to succeeding in self employment.

Exemplas is a non-profit distribution organisation with a deep fund of expertise in a range of disciplines that enhance performance and influence success. These include corporate development, leadership, skills and training, change management, enterprise, diversity and many more. They also jointly run Business Link East.

The workshop, entitled Removing Barriers To Progression, is aimed at anyone currently not working (either unemployed, redundant or parents wanting to return to work) and is free to attend.
