I'm delighted to see Lucinda on the blog and see she is a fellow mumpreneur.

My son has a number of food intolerances, so I was really pleased when my local Sainsburys stocked Genius bread. Although he does not have an intolerance to gluten, there are other ingredients in bread that he should not have and Genius bread is free from those ingredients, thankfully. My son can now have "normal" sandwiches for school lunch and he loves Genius bread toasted.

Well done, Lucinda, for providing such a tasty alternative.
